When we look at Holiday Homes, Khopoli-Pali road is coming up as a main destination. Karjat has become almost city and Lonavala & Khandla have become lot more congested. With Adlabs Imagica, the largest theme park coming up on Khopoli-Pali Road, this area has now become major development hub. Adlabs Imagics is 22km away from the property. Further, Khopoli-Pali road is just off the Khalapur Toll which makes travel easy and convenient from both Mumbai and Pune. The Khopoli Pali Road is becoming concrete road and almost 80% road work is already done. With new airport shifting to 55 km distance from Kenisha, I see good appreciation going forward too. Even if we assume 5% to 7% appreciation, the overall returns will be very attractive.
